- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Shipping
We ship globally (except certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety for all aquatic life, we cannot accept returns for:
- Aquarium Treatments & Chemicals (dechlorinator treatments, blanketweed treatments, water conditioners)
- Opened Food Products (any aquarium foods with broken seals)
- Custom or Special Order Items (certain aquarium lighting systems, specialized equipment)
- Digital Products (downloadable care guides, maintenance plans)
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely in original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number and ship to:

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery):
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Credit Card/PayPal refunds appear in 5-7 business days (depending on your financial institution)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return. Cost differences will be either invoiced or refunded as appropriate.
Damaged or Defective Items
